THE FARMHOUSE - Luxury stone cottage, sleeps six very comfortably in three bedrooms. Farmouse kitchen with Rayburn, electric cooker and hob, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Large sitting room with stone flagged floors and stone inglenook fireplace with log burning stove. Separate spacious dining room and laundry room with washer, drier and downstairs WC. Large enclosed terrace and garden with built in stone barbeque.
THE GATEHOUSE - Two storey stone cottage, sleeps five in two bedrooms. Large living room wih fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), dining area, beamed ceilings and log burning stove. French doors to garden area. Double bedroom and triple bedroom. Bathroom with bath (shower over) and WC.
INGLENOOK COTTAGE - Two storey stone cottage, sleeps four in two bedrooms. Living room with inglenook fireplace and log burning stove. Separate kitchen with stable door to enclosed terrace garden. Bathroom with bath and WC.
GARDEN COTTAGE - Single storey cottage, sleeps four in two bedrooms. Large living room with beamed ceilings and log burning stove. Kitchen and dining area and French doors to small enclosed garden. Shower room with WC.
Large interesting gardens surround the cottages and there is a delightful walk up and around Humphrey's Hill, with views of Exmoor. Ideal central location to explore Exmoor and the spectacular coastline of North Devon.
