Rose Cottage has stunning elevated views up the Strontian Glen to Sgurr Donhuil and also south to a peek of the sea from the sunny patio. It was described in the Sunday Times as 'A Heavenly cottage with the best sited hot tub in Europe' and 'staggeringly lovely fare' . The working croft provides meat, fruit and vegetables, eggs and home-smoked goodies. Suppers can be ordered from former 'Rural Chef of the Year'. It has 2 en-suite bedrooms, a log burner, every thoughtful comfort and is ideal for those who use a wheelchair. Families are very welcome and they will love feeding the pigs and collecting eggs. Ideal base for walking through a National Nature Reserve, the Ariundle oatkwoods and day trips to the small isles of Muck, Rhum and Eigg and even Mull and Iona. Visit the lighthouse at Ardnamurchan Point, the most Westerly point on the British mainland and Sanna beach, amazing white sandy beaches.
