This spacious house has wonderful uninterrupted views over Bude’s links golf course towards the cliffs and sea and is only approximately 250 meters to the beach at Crooklets. When the tide is high you can hear the waves breaking from every room and when you look out of the windows what you see is the third green, a big sky and the cliff edges of England.

A short level walk to the stunning Crooklets beach, a blink of an eye to Bude’s links golf course and literally a 5 minutes stroll to Bude town centre (which means you don’t need to use your car unless you really want to) you’ll find the No. 28 experience hard to beat.
